Notification for exemption of Chapter II and III

On the requisition filed by the requisition Department in Form A (1) to an extent of

Ac.1.69 Cts in R.S.No.99/4A1A in Munagalapalli Village of Chandarlapadu Mandal in

accordance with the provision contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation

and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and resettlement Act, 2013 in its

application to the State of Andhra Pradesh, the Government hereby in the public interest,

exempt ( affordable housing for poor) from the application of provisions of the chapter-ll

and Chapter-III of the Act, It is also certified that all the efforts have been made in finalizing

the minimum extent of the land of land required for the said project.
