In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner of

Agriculture, A.P., Guntur in the reference 1^st read above and in pursuance

of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU-A&C, AHDD&F,

CS) Department in the G.O 2^nd read above, Government hereby accord

Administrative Sanction to the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, Andhra

Pradesh, Guntur for an amount of Rs.98,52,10,000/- (Rupees Ninety eight

treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds

by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y

2022-23, as third instalment to the eligible farmers under YSR Rythu

Bharosa Scheme, as detailed in the BRO 2^nd read above.

The Special Commissioner of Agriculture, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur,

shall take further necessary action in the matter.
