In G.O. 1^st read above, the Finance (FMU – Water Resources – I)

Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of

2,67,13,000/- (Rupees Two crore sixty seven lakh and thirteen thousand

only) to the Commissioner, CADA, Vijayawada from the BE provision

2022-23 towards meeting the expenditure under JICA-APILIP-II and

requested the Water Resources Department to take necessary action for

issue of administrative sanction as per instructions issued in U.O.Note

No.29875-A/1283/A1/BG.I/2006,

In the reference 2^nd read above, the Commissioner, CADA,

Vijayawada has requested the Government to issue Administrative

Sanction orders for G.O.Rt. No. 1054 Finance (FMU-Water Resources-

I), Department, dated: 18.02.2023 to process the bills of PMU under

APILIP-II project.

In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O. 1^st read above, and after

careful examination of the request of the Commissioner, CADA,

Vijayawada, the Government hereby accord Administration Sanction for

an amount of Rs. 2, 67, 13,000/- (Rupees Two crore sixty seven lakh

and thirteen thousand only) to the Commissioner, CADA, Vijayawada

from the BE provision 2022-23 towards meeting the expenditure under

JICA-APILIP-II.

The amount sanctioned at para (3) above shall be debited to the

Head of accounts mentioned in B.R.O. issued vide G.O. 1^st read above.

5.

The Commissioner, CADA, Water Resources Department,

Vijayawada shall take further necessary action in the matter,

accordingly.
