DESIGNATION OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE COMMISSION FOR

SCHEDULED CASTES TO PERFORM WITHIN THE STATE, MUTATIS MUTANDIS,

THE FUNCTIONS SPECIFIED IN SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 31 OF THE

PROHIBITION OF EMPLOYMENT AS MANUAL SCAVENGERS AND THEIR

REHABILITATION ACT, (CENTRAL ACT) 2013.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 32 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and

their Rehabilitation Act, (Central Act), 2013, designate the Andhra Pradesh

State Commission for Scheduled Castes to perform within the state, mutatis

mutandis, the functions specified in sub-section (1) of section 31 of the

said Act.
