RESOLUTION No.97/2022-23.
Board resolved to approve the amendment proposal to the Recruitment Rule to
the post of AEM, Gr-ll (Cl-ll) to treat the post of AE (Civil) (Cl.-ll) (the incumbents holding
the post of AE (Civil) working in Estate Division only) as equivalent cadre for creation of
promotional avenues for further promotions in the said stream, in terms of Ministry’s
letter dated 26.07.2004 whereby Board is competent to frame / amend the Recruitment
Rules in respect of Cl-ll, III & IV posts.
