ORDER:
In the reference read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), has requested to
accord necessary sanction to the Principal District Judge, East Godavari District,
under Rule 9 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, for initiating disciplinary
proceedings
against

Junior
Assistant
(Retired)
2)
Sri
S.A.K.Jilani,
Senior
Assistant
(Retired),

Sri
A.Satyanarayana,
Superintendent (Retired) and 4) Sri I.Venkateswarlu, Junior Assistant (Retired) for
the irregularity committed in loss of the document with regard to missing of
unregistered Will which was marked as Ex.B4 in OS No.267/2004 on the file of
I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

Government after carefully examining the matter, here by accord permission
under Rule 9 (2) (b) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules 1980 to initiate disciplinary
action against 1) Sri Bulli Brahmadu, Junior Assistant (Retired) 2) Sri S.A.K.Jilani,
Senior Assistant (Retired), 3) Sri A.Satyanarayana, Superintendent (Retired) and
4) Sri I.Venkateswarlu, Junior Assistant (Retired).
