Andhra Pradesh, D.O.Lr.No.942/2020-Vigilance Cell, dated 01.05.2021.
ORDER:
In the reference read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), has requested to
accord necessary sanction to the Principal District Judge, Chittoor, under Rule.9 of
A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, for initiating disciplinary proceedings against
Sri N.V.A.Rama Raju, Senior Superintendent, (now retired from service) for the
irregularity committed while working at Senior Civil Judge’s Court, Bhimavaram.

Government after carefully examining the matter, here by accord permission
under Rule 9 (2) (b) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules 1980 to initiate disciplinary
action against Sri N.V.A.Rama Raju, Senior Superintendent, Senior Civil Judge’s
Court, Bhimavaram (now retired from service).
