Vigilance Cell, dated 02.12.2020.
ORDER:
In the reference read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), has requested to
accord necessary sanction to the Principal District Judge, Chittoor, under Rule 9 of
A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, for initiating disciplinary proceedings against
Sri.N.Singaraiah, Senior Assistant, has committed irregularity while working in the
Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Madanapalle, as Junior Assistant,
in not submitted the records in 11 (eleven) Preliminary Registered Cases, after
rectifying the defects, pointed out by the Hon'ble District and I Additional Sessions
Courts, Chittoor and retired from service on 31.05.2019.

Government after carefully examining the matter, here by accord permission
under Rule 9 (2) (b) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules 1980 to initiate disciplinary
action against Sri N.Singaraiah, Senior Assistant (Retired), Senior Civil Judge's
Court, Punganur.
