ORDER:
In the reference read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), has requested to
accord necessary sanction to the Principal District Judge, Chittoor, under Rule.9 of
A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, for initiating disciplinary proceedings against
Sri M.Seshadri, Superintendent retired from service on 30.06.2020 for the irregularity
committed while working at III Additional District Judges Court, Tirupati.

Government after carefully examining the matter, here by accord permission
under Rule 9 (2) (b) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules 1980 to initiate disciplinary
action against Sri M.Seshadri, Superintendent retired.
