“In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 99 of Waqf Act, 1995,

Government hereby appoint Smt. Shaik Shereen Begum I.P.S., Survey

Commissioner of Waqf as Competent Authority / Special Officer to the A.P State

Waqf Board with immediate effect till the Board is reconstituted under Section 14 of

the Waqf Act, 1995”.
