NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (22) of Section 2 of the Andhra Pradesh

Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act. No. 6 of 1965) read with rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh

Municipalities (Gradation of Municipalities and Nagar panchayats) Rules, 1995 issued in

G.O.Ms.No.32, MA&UD (J2) Department, Dt:03-02-1995 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.25,

MA&UD (J2) Department, Dt.23.01.2001, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby

declare and upgrade the Nandigama Nagar Panchayat from Nagar Panchayat to Second Grade

Municipality with immediate effect.
