ORDER:

In the reference 4th read above, Sri P. Satya Murthy, Section Officer,

Public Enterprises Department is requested to sanction an amount of

Rs. 15,130 l- towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred treatment

for "Chronic Liver Disease" for himself at AIG Hospitals, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

from 06.0L.2023 to 03.02.2023 and the same has been sent to the Medical

Officer, Civil Dispensary, A.P, Secretariat, Velagapudi vide reference 5th cited.

The Medical Officer, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Velagapudi, Amaravati,

has scrutinized the medical bills and recommended for an amount of

Rs.10,912 /- (Rupees Ten thousand Nine hundred and Twelve only) as Net

admissible amount, vide reference 6th read above.

In the Government Orders in references 1", 2nd and 3.d read above,

Sri P. Satya Murthy, Section Officer, Public Enterprises Department is hereby

sanctioned an amount of Rs.10,912 /- (Rupees Ten thousand Nine hundred and

Twelve only) towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred treatment

for "Chronic Liver Disease" for himself at AIG Hospitals, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

from 06.01.2023 to 03.02.2023.

The Government after careful examination of the matter, the amount

sanctioned at para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of Account under

3451-090-021-010-017-N which the pay of the individual is drawn.

The P.E. (OP.A2) Department is requested to take necessary action

accord ing ly.
