In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (I), Vijayawada in
the reference read above, after careful examination of the proposal, Government
hereby accorded administrative sanction for payment of recurring charges for
Hosting, Network Integration, Jabber Licence, Sx-20 connectivity at AP WRD
Offices, studios and DC for a period of one year i.e. from 15.06.2021 to
14.06.2022 for an amount of Rs.93,47,660/- (Rupees Ninety three Lakhs
Forty seven Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty only) under the Head of
Account: 4700-01-001-11-04-280/289 and extension of services one more year
from 15.06.2021 to facilitate Railtel to continue with the Telepresence services.
