ORDER:

In the reference read above, the the Chief Engineer (P), Kurnool has

submitted proposals to accord administrative approval of the 5 Nos. of estimates

of KCC Main canal in Nandyal (M), Kurnool District i.e.(1) Formation of

inspection track on right side from Km.174.000 (Ponnapuram village) to

Km 189.200 (Jellela village) (2) Formation of inspection track on left side

from Km 174.000 (Ponapuram village) to Km 189.200 (Jellela village) (3)

Construction of CC walls of Konda vagu from Km 0.000 to Km 1.000 near

Deebaguntla village, (4) Construction of CC walls of Konda vagu from

Km 1.000 to Km 2.100 near Kandlapalli (V) and (5) Formation of inspection

path of Major Distributaries in between Km 174.000 to Km 181.000 for an

amount of Rs.3896.00 Lakhs.

After careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accorded

administrative sanction for the (2) works only i.e. (1) Construction of CC walls

of Konda vagu from Km 0.000 to Km 1.000 near Deebaguntla village for an

amount of Rs.836 lakhs (Eight hundred thirty six lakhs only) and (2)

Construction of CC walls of Konda vagu from Km 1.000 to Km 2.100 near

Kandlapalli (V), Nandyal (M), Kurnool District for amount of Rs.930 lakhs

(Rupees nine hundred and thirty lakhs only) in relaxation of FRBM norms subject

to condition that, the CE shall ensure the following before according technical

sanction:

i)

The correctness of rates, quantities and leads proposed in the

estimate.

ii)

The design/drawings may be got approved by the competent

authority.

iii) The sand rate may be adopted as per the revised sand policy

of the Govt. from time to time.

3. The Chief Engineer (P), Kurnool shall take further action accordingly.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.WR.II) Department

vide their U.O.Note.No: FIN01-FMU0MRAS (WR2)/ 158/ 2022-FMU-WR-II
