O R D E R

In the reference read above, Chief Engineer (P), Kadapa has

requested the Government to accord administrative approval for the

estimate for the work "GKLI- Paidipalem Reservoir – Up-gradation,

Restoration and Protection of Paidipalem Reservoir near Paidipalem village

of YSR Kadapa District” for an amount of Rs.42.40 Crores.

After careful examination of the matter, Government, hereby

accorded administrative approval for the estimate for the work "GKLI-

Paidipalem Reservoir – Up-gradation, Restoration and Protection of

Registered No. HSE-49/2016

No.408

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

Paidipalem Reservoir near Paidipalem village of YSR Kadapa District” for

an amount of Rs.42.40 Crores in relaxation of FRBM norms, subject to

condition that the CE has to examine the following before according

technical sanction:

i)

The corrections of quantities, leads, rates and data proposed in

the estimate.

ii) The designs, drawings and observed data may be got approved

by the Competent authority.

iii) As per the revised Sand Policy of the Govt. the Sand rate may

be adopted.

iv) The provisions proposed in the estimate are to be verified by

the CE/CDO.

The expenditure shall be debited to the HoA i.e., "4700-Capital

Outlay on Major Irrigation - (01) Major Irrigation (Commercial) M.H.133-

GNSS – GH 11 State Development Schemes - S.H.26 Dams and

Distributaries-530-Major Works/531- Major Works".

The Chief Engineer (P), Kadapa is therefore requested to take

necessary further action accordingly.

5.

This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.WR.II)

Department vide their FIN01-FMU0MRAS (WR2)/157/2022-FMU-WR-II.
