NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (2) (a) of section

389-A of Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965, the Government hereby

orders that the powers and functions specified in columns (2) and (3) of

Annexure to this Notification shall be exercised by the Notified Area

Committee of Bhogapuram International Airport.
