NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

In the circumstances reported by the Director, Animal Husbandry Department,

Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, in the reference read above, and in exercise of the

powers conferred under 32(7)(a)(i) of APCS Act 7 of 1964 (Andhra Pradesh Act

No.7 of 1964), Government after examination of the matter, hereby extend the

tenure period of the Person-In-charge of the Krishna District Sheep & Goat Breeders

Co-Operative Union Limited, Rg.No.01/KU, Erstwhile Krishna by appointing Dr.T.Sai

Gopal, Assistant Director (AH), O/o Deputy Director(Animal Husbandry), Vijayawada

Division as Person-In-charge for a further period of 6 months from 12.12.2022 to

11.06.2023 to manage affairs of the District Sheep & Goat Breeders Co-operative

Union or till the elections are conducted and new Board of Management assumes

charge, whichever is earlier.

2. The Director of Animal Husbandry, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, shall take

necessary action in the matter accordingly.
