ORDER::

ln the G'o' third read above, an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs

only) was released towards first instalment of House Building Advance (construction of

a new house) to sri P'satyamurthy, section oni.Lr, public Enterprises Deparlment

out of the sanctioned an amount of {s.15,00,0007_ toi tne F .y 2022_23.

ln the reference 5th read abov9,. sli P.satyamurthy, section officer, public

Enterprises Department has stated that he r'"r priir.,ased t'he site ano also registered

the Mortgaged Deed in favour of Governmeni 'rnJ requested to release of second

instalment amount for the said purpose.

ln the G'o 9'n read above, the Finance(HR-5,TFR & A&L and EwF)Department

dated 20.04.2023 have been released Rs. 1o.oo t_atns tor t'ne .,.-,'!iarter for the F.y

2023-24 to P'E Department on the request of this department zio anjT;.ir.i;ilr,,

The Government after careful examination of the matter in detail and in terms of

the orders issued _in para 2(ii) of the Government "ro"rla ,;r;';;;re, sanction is

hereby accorded for payment of Rs.5-,00,0001 (Rupees Five lakhs only) towards

second instalment of House building Advance to sii P.satyamurffy, se"tion officer,

Public Enterprises Department to complete the construction work rr'p.i G.o. 3. ;;;;

above.

The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above shail be debited to 1lL fblowing

Head of Account viz:-

"7610 - Loans to Government Servants - M.H.201 House Building Advance

s.H.(05) Loans to other officers-001 Loans to other officers,,.

The P E (o,P) Department shall take necessary action accordingly.
