NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Andhra

Pradesh Municipal Laws (Second Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act No.11 of 2023), the Sections

2(1) and 3(1) shall be deemed to come into force with effect from 7^th September, 2007 and;

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Andhra

Pradesh Municipal Laws (Second Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act No.11 of 2023), the

Government hereby appoints the 10^th day of May, 2023, as the date on which the remaining

clauses of this Act shall come into force.
