to Mangalagiri Tadepalli Municipal Corporation for a period of (6) months from

03.04.2025 to 02.10.2025 or till the elected body comes into force, whichever is

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, in the reference 2^nd read above, the Commissioner & Director of

Municipal Administration, AP., has requested the Government to extend the term of

Commissioner, Mangalagiri Tadepalli Municipal Corporation as Special Officer, to

Mangalagiri Tadepalli Municipal Corporation for a further period of 6 months with

effect from 03.04.2025 to 02.10.2025 (or) till the elected body comes into force,

whichever is earlier, as per the provisions laid down under Section 70-G of the

Municipal Corporations Act, 1995, as the appointment of the Commissioner,

Mangalagiri Tadepalli Municipal Corporation as Special Officer to Mangalagiri

Tadepalli Municipal Corporation has been expired by 02.04.2025.

Therefore, the Government, after careful examination, hereby extends the

term of the Municipal Commissioner, Mangalagiri Tadepalli Municipal Corporation as

Special Officer to Mangalagiri Tadepalli Municipal Corporation for a further period of

6 months with effect from 03.04.2025 to 02.10.2025 (or) till the elected body comes

into force, whichever is earlier.

The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, A.P. is requested to

take necessary action accordingly.
