NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, AP.,

Vaddeswaram in his letter Lr.Roc.No.13021/27/2025/H-Sec, dated:22.04.2025 has

requested the Government to extend the term of Special Officer of Srikakulam Municipal

Corporation for a further period of six (6) months with effect from 11.04.2025 to

10.10.2025 (or) till the elected body comes into force, whichever is earlier, as per the

provisions laid down under Section 70-G of the Municipal Corporations Act,1995, as the

term of the Special Officer of Srikakulam Municipal Corporation has been expired by

10.04.2025.

Therefore, the Government, after careful examination, hereby extends the term of

District Collector, Srikakulam as Special Officer of Srikakulam Municipal Corporation for a

further period of six (6) months with effect from 11.04.2025 to 10.10.2025 (or) till the

elected body comes into force, Whichever is earlier.

The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, A.P. is requested to take

necessary action accordingly.
