In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 243-K of the Constitution of

India, Sections 13, 14, 200 and 201 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994,

the State Election Commission, hereby, calls upon the registered voters in the Gram

Panchayats indicated in Annexure-II appended to this Notification, to elect their

respective Ward Member and/or Sarpanch, as the case may be.

Under Section 201-A (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and

Rule 4 of Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2006, the State

Election Commission specifies the Election Schedule in Annexure-I appended to this

Notification.
