NOTIFICATION
The following Draft Variation to the Master Plan which was sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No:112,
MA&UD Dept., Dt:08-03-2019 is proposed to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section
(1) of Section (15) of Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act,
2016.
Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after expiry of fifteen (15)
days from the date of publication of the notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that any
objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect threto before expiry of
said period will be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Objections or suggestions should
be addressed to the Tirupati Urban Development Authority/ Municipal Administration and Urban
Development Department, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat, Velagapudi, Amaravati.
DRAFT VARIATION
The site in Sy No.77/2B of Kothapalem village, Renigunta Mandal with an extent of Ac.3.011
cents. The boundaries of which are given in the schedule below, which was earmarked as Industrial use in
the Master Plan of Tirupati Urban Development Authority sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.112, MA&UD, Dt:
