NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with
clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 18 of Andhra Pradesh Capital
Region Development Authority Act, 2014 (Act 11 of 2014), the
Government
of
Andhra
Pradesh
hereby
make
the
following
amendments to the Staffing Patten in the Andhra Pradesh Capital
Region Development Authority, issued in G.O.Ms.No.81, Municipal
Administration & Urban Development (M2) Department, dated
16.04.2015.
AMENDMENTS
In the said notification-
1. For the division “DEVELOPMENT CONTROL [DC] DIVISION” wherever it
occurs, the division “DEVELOPMENT PROMOTION [DP] DIVISION” shall be
substituted”.
2. For the expression “778 posts” wherever it occurs, the expression “754
posts” shall be substituted.
3. In the table mentioned under “6. Staffing Pattern in APCRDA”, for the
existing columns (3) (4) and (5) against ‘DEVELOPMENT CONTROL [DC]’,
the following shall be substituted, namely:-
