NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (i)

of sub-section (2) of section 18 of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region

Development Authority Act, 2014 (Act 11 of 2014), the Government of

Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following amendments to the Andhra

Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) Service Rules,

2015, issued in G.O.Ms.No.82, Municipal Administration & Urban

Development (M2) Department, dated 16.04.2015.

AMENDMENTS

In the said rules –

1. For the division “DEVELOPMENT CONTROL [DC] DIVISION” wherever it

occurs, the division “DEVELOPMENT PROMOTION [DP] DIVISION” shall be

substituted.

2. In rule 5, in the table under division ‘DEVELOPMENT CONTROL [DC]

DIVISON’ for the existing sl.nos (24) to (26) and corresponding entries in

colomns (1) to (9), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
