NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region

Development Authority Act, 2014 [Act No.11 of 2014] read with section 15 of the AP General

Clauses Act, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following amendment to the

Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and Implementation) Rules, 2015

issued in G.O.Ms.No.1, MA&UD(M2) Department, Dated.01.01.2015.

AMENDMENT

Column No.(7) in Form 9.24 (Land Pooling Ownership Certificate), prescribed under Rule 11

(4) of The Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and Implementation)

Rules 2015 issued in G.O.Ms.No.01, MA&UD(M2) Dept., Dt.01.01.2015, is hereby removed.
