GUIDELINES (UDAG), AMARAVATI, ANDHRA PRADESH

(Under Section 39 (1) of the APCRDA Act, 2014)

The State Government of Andhra Pradesh declared Andhra Pradesh Capital City area

vide G.O.Ms.No.254 dt:30-12-2014, G.O.MS.No.141 MA&UD (M2) dt.09-06-2015 and

G.O.MS.No.105 MA&UD (CRDA) dt.17-06-2025.

The detailed Master Plan for Andhra Pradesh Capital City - Amaravati along with

zoning regulations is notified under section 39 (6) of APCRDA Act of 2014 vide

Gazettee No.18, Guntur dt.29-06-2024.on dt.23-02-2016 and further Amaravati

Government Complex Master Plan, Zoning Regulations and Urban Design Guidelines

was notified per the Section 38 (3) of APCRDA Act, 2014 for approx.1575 acres vide

Gazette No.662 Amaravati, dt.29-06-2024.

Notice is hereby issued that the Draft Urban Design and Architectural Guidelines for

Amaravati Capital City of approx. 217 sq.km (excluding Amaravati Government

Complex) and draft Abridged version of the same are prepared as per the Section 38

(2-l) (3) of APCRDA Act, 2014 as proposed to be carried out and the area mentioned

in the schedule below excluding Amaravati Government Complex area is hereby

notified.

The Draft Urban Design and Architectural Guidelines and draft Abridged version of the

same are available in the website (www.crda.ap.gov.in) and also at the APCRDA

Office, Lenin Centre, Vijayawada-520002 for viewing on all working days during the

office hours.

Any person having any objection/suggestion with respect to the said notification may

only send in writing to the Commissioner, APCRDA, Lenin Centre, Governorpet,

Vijayawada-520002, or only upload it on the website www.crda.ap.gov.in within a

period of 30 days from the date of publication of the public notice.

Any objections received anywhere other than the above mentioned method shall not

be accepted. Objections sent through emails shall not be accepted. The person

making the objection or suggestion should also provide his/her name and address,

Mobile Number/telephone/fax, e-mail address. Without the contact details,

objection/suggestions shall not be entertained.
