NOTIFICATION

The following draft for the variation of land use envisaged in the Master Plan for Chittoor

Urban Development Authority Region and its vicinity area was sanctioned by Government in

G.O.Ms.No.122, MA&UD Department, dated 24-08-2022 for which it is proposed to make an

exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and

Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016.

Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after expiry of 15

days from the date of publication of the notification in A.P. Gazette that any objections or

suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to these before the expiry of

the said period will be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh Municipal

Administration & Urban Development Department, Ground floor, II^nd building, Secretariat,

Velagapudi- 522503, Guntur (District).

DRAFT VARIATION

The site falling in Survey No.369 (LPM No.1435) of Jangalapalli Revenue Village,

Yadamarri Mandal, Chittoor District, admeasuring to an extent of Ac.40.00 cents. The

boundaries which are given in the schedule below are earmarked for Protected Use (Green) Zone

in sanctioned Master Plan of CHUDA Region vide G.O.Ms.No.122 M.A. & U.D. Department,

dated 24-08-2022 is now proposed to be designated as Public & Semi-Public land use by

variation of change of land use in the revised part proposed land use Map of M.M.P No.

02/2025/CHUDA of Chittoor Urban Development Authority and is available in the office of the

Chittoor Urban Development Authority, Chittoor, and it will be displayed for public during the

working hours of the office of the CHUDA at Chittoor, subject to the following conditions:-

1. The applicant shall obtain the necessary development permissions from the

concerned Competent Authority before taking up any construction activity.

2. The alignment of water bodies/natural streams shall not be disturbed.

3. The approach road to the proposed site i.e an existing 10.67m wide road, is to be

widened to at least a 12 m wide road.

4. That the title and Urban Land Ceiling / Agricultural Land Ceiling aspect shall be

scrupulously examined by the concerned authorities i.e., Chittoor Urban

Development Authority before issue of building permission / development

permission, and it must be ensured that the best financial interests of the

Government are preserved.

5. The owners / applicants are solely responsible for any misrepresentation with

regard to ownership / title, Urban Land Ceiling Clearances etc. The owners /

applicants shall be responsible for any damage claimed by any one on account of

change of land use proposed.

6. The change of land use shall not be used as the sole reason for obtaining

exemption from the provisions of Urban Land Ceiling Act, 1976. The change of

land use shall not be used as the proof of any title of the land.

7. The above change of land use is subject to the condition that may be applicable

under the Urban Land Ceiling, Act, 1976 and A.P. Agriculture Ceiling Act.

8. Any other conditions as may be imposed by Vice Chairman, Chittoor Urban

Development Authority, Chittoor.
