The following notification of the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, No.429/AP-
LA/SOU-3/2023(AERO)(4), dated the 4th June, 2026/ 14 Jyaishtha, 1948(Saka) is published: -

No.429/AP-LA/SOU-3/2023(AERO)(4):- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (1) of Section 13C of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the
Election Commission of India, hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its
Notification No.429/AP-LA/SOU-3/2023(AERO), dated 31.07.2023, relating to the appointment
of the Assistant Electoral Registration Officers of the Assembly Constituency in the State of
