The following notification of the Election Commission of India, New Delhi,

No.508/AP/SOU-3/2023(AO)(1), dated the 5^th June, 2026/ 15 Jyaishtha, 1948 (Saka) is published:

NOTIFICATION

No. 508/AP/SOU-3/2023(AO)(1)- In pursuance of the sub–rule (1) of Rule 23 of the

Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, and Section 24 of Representation of the People Act, 1950 (as

amended) the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No.508/AP/SOU-3/2023(AO) dated

26.07.2023, relating to the designation of District Collectors as the Appellate Officers for the Assembly

Constituencies specified in column 3, to whom appeal shall lie from any decision of the respective

Electoral Registration Officers under Rule 20, 21 or Rule 21 A of the said Rules in the State of Andhra

Pradesh, namely:-
