OF ANNUITY PAYABLE TO THE CAPITAL CITY LPS LAND OWNERS WHO HAVE

EXECUTED THE DEED OF CONTRACT (FORM 9.14) ON OR AFTER 12TH JUNE, 2024,

FROM ₹30,000/- TO ₹40,000/- PER ACRE FOR DRY LANDS AND FROM ₹50,000/- TO

₹60,000/- PER ACRE FOR JAREEBU LANDS, FOR A PERIOD OF TEN (10) YEARS –

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region

Development Authority Act, 2014 [Act No.11 of 2014] read with Schedule-II(1)(i)(c) of the Andhra

Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation & Implementation) Rules, 2015 issued in

G.O.Ms.No.1, MA&UD(M2) Department, Dt.01.01.2015 and as subsequently amended from time to

time, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following amendment :

from ₹30,000/- to ₹40,000/- per acre for Dry lands

and from ₹50,000/- to ₹60,000/- per acre for Jareebu

lands for a period of ten (10) years and the

remaining unchanged.
