NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of APMR&UDA

Act, 2016, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby sanction the GIS based

Master Plan of Parvathipuram Municipality in Bobbili Urban Development Authority

Region to an extent of 3756 hectares and the common zoning regulations issued in

G.O.Ms.No. 157, MA&UD Dept., dt.17.07.2026 shall be followed, subject to condition

that the Building Rules and Layout Rules shall be as per the Andhra Pradesh

Building

The confirmed Master Plan will be opened for perusal of the public at the

offices of the Parvathipuram Municipality, Bobbili Urban Development Authority office

for a period of six months.
