(Under Section 39 (1) of the APCRDA Act, 2014)

The State Government of Andhra Pradesh declared Andhra Pradesh Capital City area vide

G.O.Ms.No.254 dt:30-12-2014, G.O.MS.No.141 MA&UD (M2) dt.09-06-2015 and

G.O.MS.No.105 MA&UD (CRDA) dt.17-06-2025.

The detailed Master Plan for Andhra Pradesh Capital City - Amaravati along with zoning

regulations is notified under section 39 (6) of APCRDA Act of 2014 vide Gazettee No.18,

Guntur on dt.23-02-2016.

Notice is hereby issued that, the Draft Village Circulation Plans/Pattern and Draft Village

Integration Plans for certain Revenue Villages as listed below in Amaravati Capital City are

prepared as per the Section 2 (20), 38 (2-d) (2-q) of APCRDA Act, 2014.

Draft Village Circulation Plans/Pattern and Draft Village Integration Plans for the Revenue

Villages are available in the website (www.crda.ap.gov.in) and also at the APCRDA Project

Office, Rayapudi Post, Thulluru Mandal, Amaravati, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh – 522237,

Unit Office, local bodies Office for viewing on all working days during the office hours.

Any person having any objection/ suggestion with respect to the said notification may only send

in writing to the Commissioner, APCRDA, Rayapudi Post, Thulluru Mandal, Amaravati, Guntur

District, Andhra Pradesh – 522237 or upload on the website www.crda.ap.gov.in within a period

of 30 days from the date of publication of the public notice. Objections sent through emails shall

be sent to the E-mail ID – “[email protected]”.

Any objections received anywhere other than the above-mentioned method shall not be accepted.

The person making the objection or suggestion should also provide his/her name and address,

Mobile Number/telephone/fax, e-mail address. Without the contact details, objection/suggestions

shall not be entertained.

Mandadam, Venkatapalem, Ananthavaram, Nekkallu, Thulluru, Dondapadu, Pichukalapalem,

Abbarajupalem, Borupalem, Rayapudi, Krishnayapalem, Kuragallu (excluding

Kondamarajupalem which has no settlement and Villages under Mangalagiri Tadepalli Municipal

Corporation (MTMC) i.e. Undavalli, Penumaka, Nowluruand Nidamarru).

Draft Village Integration Plans:

ప్రకటించింది.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాజధాని నగరం – అమరావతికి సంబంధించిన సమగ్ర మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్‌తో పాటు జోనింగ్ నిబంధనలు

APCRDA చట్టం, 2014లోని సెక్షన్ 39(6) ప్రకారం గెజిట్ నంబర్ 18, గుంటూరు, తేదీ 23-02-2016న నోటిఫై

చేయబడ్డాయి.

అమరావతి రాజధాని నగర పరిధిలోని దిగువ పేర్కొన్న కొన్ని రెవిన్యూ గ్రామాలకు ముసాయిదాా గ్రామ సర్క్యులేషన్

ప్లాన్/ప్యాటర్న్ మరియు ముసాయిదాా గ్రామ సమీకరణ ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేసినట్లు ప్రజలకు తెలియజేయడమైనది.

ఈ ప్రణాళికలను APCRDA చట్టం, 2014లోని సెక్షన్ 2(20), 38(2-d), 38(2-q) ప్రకారం రూపొందించచడం జరిగింది.

ఈ ముసాయిదాా ప్రణాళికలను www.crda.ap.gov.in వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో, అలాగే రాయపూడి పోస్టు, తుళ్లూరు మండలం,

అమరావతి, గుంటూరు జిల్లా, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ – 522237లోని APCRDA ప్రాజెక్ట్ కార్యాలయంనందు అన్ని పని దినాల్లో

పరిశీలించవచ్చు.

ఈ ప్రకటనకు సంబంధించి ఎవరికైనా అభ్యంతరాలు లేదాా సూచనలు ఉంటే, ప్రజా ప్రకటన ప్రచురించిన తేదీ నుంచి

30 రోజుల్లోపు లిఖితపూర్వకంగాా ఈ క్రింది చిరునామాకు పంపాలి లేదాా www.crda.ap.gov.in వెబ్‌సైట్ ద్వారా

ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో సమర్పించాలి:

అభ్యంతరం లేదాా సూచన సమర్పించే వ్యక్తి తప్పనిసరిగాా తన పేరు, చిరునామా, మొబైల్ నంబర్/టెలిఫోన్/ఫ్యాక్స్

నంబర్, ఈమెయిల్ చిరునామా వంటి వివరాలను ఇవ్వాలి. ఈ యొక్కవివరాలు లేని అభ్యంతరాలు లేదాా

సూచనలను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోరు.
