NOTIFICATION

The following draft variation to the Change of Land Use in Kurnool Urban Development

Authority (KUDA) General Town Planning Scheme for the Sanctioned Master Plan vide

G.O.Ms.No.28, MA&UD Department, dt:19.02.2024 is proposed in exercise of the powers

confirmed under section (15) of Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development

Authorities Act, 2016(Act No.5 of 2026) is hereby published as required by sub-section (3) of

the said section.

Notice hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of

Fifteen (15) days from the date of Publication of Notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and

that any Objections/Suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to these

before expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Objection or suggestions should be addressed to Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal

Administration and Urban Development Department, Secretariat, Andhra Pradesh, Velagapudi.

DRAFT VARIATION

The Change of Land Use proposal in the sanctioned Master Plan of KUDA, Kurnool

Region, Phase-l from Residential Land Use to Commercial Land Use for the land measuring an

extent of Ac.3.17 Cts in Sy.No's. 144(P) of Panchalingala Village. Kurnool Rural Mandal,

Kurnool District in the Master Plan of KUDA sanctioned vide G.O.Ms. No. 28, MA&UD

Department, dt:19.02.2024, is hereby proposed to be modified through variation/change of land

use as marked in the proposed land use map in GTP No. 06/2026/KUDA. The detailed plan and

records are available in the office of the Panchalingala Panchayat office, and the Kurnool Urban

Development Authority (KUDA), Kurnool, subject to the following conditions:

1. The applicant shall obtain prior technical clearance from the competent

authority before commencement of any development activity at the site under

reference.

2. The title and urban land ceiling Agricultural land ceiling aspect shall be

scrupulously examined by the concerned authorities i.e., Urban Development

Authorities/Municipal Corporations/Municipalities before issue of building

permission/development permission.

3. The above change of land use is subject to the conditions that may be applicable

under the Urban Land ceiling Act.1976and A.P Agriculture Ceiling Act.

4. The Change of land use shall not be used as the proof of any title of the land.

5. The change of Land use shall not be used as sole reason for obtaining exemption

from the provision of Urban Land Ceiling Act,1976.

6. Any other conditions as may be imposed by Vice Chairman, Kurnool Urban

Development Authority, Kurnool.
