Delimitation of Wards in Nagari Municipality

NOTIFICATION

In Pursuance of the Provision of Rule 4 (I) of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities

(Division of Municipalities into Wards) Rules, 1994 issued by the Government in

G.O.Ms.No.31, MA&UD (Elec-I), dated 03-02-1995,Objections and Suggestions were called

for from residents of town in the Preliminary Notification No: 814/2026/G1, date:

05.09.2026.

In Pursuance of the Provisions of Rule 13 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities

(Division of Municipalities into wards) Rules, 1994, residents of Nagari Municipality are

hereby informed that Delimitation of the 40 Wards of Nagari Municipality is confirmed as

detailed below:

Boundary Description

North

The boundary starts from Survey No. 1 and then turns towards the East and runs

along the Northern Boundary of Survey No. 3 until it reaches the North-East

Corner of Survey No. 3 of Nagari Revenue Village.

East

Starting from the above point, being the northeast corner of Survey No. 3 of

Nagari Revenue Village, the boundary proceeds southwards along the eastern

boundaries of Survey Nos. 3, 31, 50, 51, 52, 53, 57, 62, 63, 64, 70 and 72, until it

reaches Door No. 10-14-200/5. Thereafter, the boundary turns towards the west

and runs along the line until it meets the National Highway.

South

Starting from the above point, the boundary line turns towards the West and runs

along the line crossing D.No. 10-1-194 till it meets the National Highway.

West

Starting from the above point, the boundary line turns towards the North and runs

along the National Highway till it meets the municipal boundary at the North-

West Corner of Survey No. 1 of Nagari Revenue Village.

North

The boundary starts from the North-West Corner of Survey No. 1, and the

boundary line runs along the municipal boundary till it reaches the North-East

Corner of Survey No. 12 of Kakavedu Revenue Village.

East

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the South and runs along the

Eastern Boundaries of Survey Nos. 12, 45, 46, 47, 88, 90, 84 and 81 till it reaches

D.No. 1/1/50. Thereafter, the line continues towards the South and runs along

Kakavedu Road, then turns towards the East till it reaches the Northern Boundary

of Survey No. 113. Then the line turns towards the South and runs along the

Eastern Boundaries of Survey Nos. 113, 112 and 163 till it reaches D.No. 1/4/28.

South

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the West and runs till it

reaches D.No. 1-4-29/12.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the North and runs along the

line till it reaches D.No. 1-4-6-9. Thereafter, the line turns towards the East and

runs along the line till it reaches the Kakavedu Cheruvu Boundary of Survey No.

163. Thence, the line turns towards the West and runs along Kakavedu Main

Road till it reaches the National Highway. Thereafter, the line turns towards the

North and runs along the National Highway till it reaches D.No. 10-14-200/1.

Thence, the line turns towards the East and runs along the line till it reaches the

Northern Boundary of Survey No. 77. Thereafter, the line turns towards the North

and runs along the Western Boundaries of Survey Nos. 74, 73, 72, 63, 62, 61 and

60 till it reaches the North-West Corner of Survey No. 60. Thence, the line turns

towards the West and runs along the Southern Boundaries of Survey Nos. 9 and 8

till it reaches Sai Baba Temple Road. Thereafter, the line turns towards the North

and runs along the Western Boundaries of Survey Nos. 8, 7, 6, 5, 12, 4, 3 and 1

till it reaches the North-West Corner of Survey No. 1.

North

The boundary starts from the North-West Corner of Survey No. 13, and the line

turns towards the East along the municipal boundary till it reaches the North-East

Corner of Survey No. 13.

East

Starting from the above point, the line proceeds along the municipal boundary and

runs from the North-East Corner of Survey No. 13 till it reaches the South-East

Corner of Survey No. 171.

South

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the West and runs along the

Southern Boundary of Survey No. 171 till it reaches the South-West Corner of

Survey No. 171. Thereafter, the line turns towards the South and runs along the

Eastern Boundaries of Survey Nos. 174 and 190 till it reaches the North-East

Corner of Survey No. 190. Thence, the line turns towards the West and runs along

the Southern Boundaries of Survey Nos. 190, 189, 188, 184, 185 and 160 till it

reaches the South-West Corner of Survey No. 160.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the North and runs along the

Western Boundary of Survey No. 161 till it reaches the North-West Corner of

Survey No. 161. Thereafter, the line turns towards the West and runs along the

Southern Boundary of Survey No. 162. Thence, the line turns towards the North

and runs along Cheruvu Survey No. 163 till it reaches Kakavedu–Mangadu Road.

Thereafter, the line runs along the Eastern Boundaries of Survey Nos. 112 and

113 till it reaches Kakavedu Main Road. Thence, the line turns towards the North

and runs along Kakavedu Main Road till it reaches the Western Boundary of

Survey No. 123. Thereafter, the line continues towards the North and runs along

the Western Boundaries of Survey Nos. 123, 82, 83, 91, 41, 44 and 43 till it

reaches the North-West Corner of Survey No. 13.

North

The boundary starts from the North-West Corner of Survey No. 89, and the

boundary line turns towards the East and runs along the Northern Boundaries of

Survey Nos. 89 and 145 till it reaches the North-East Corner of Survey No. 146.

East

Starting from the above point at the North-East Corner of Survey No. 146, the

line runs along the Eastern Boundaries of Survey Nos. 143 to 147 till it reaches

the South-East Corner of Survey No. 147. From there, the line turns towards the

West and runs along the boundary line leading to D.No. 10-4-6-9. Thereafter, it

turns towards the South and runs along the Eastern Boundaries of Survey Nos. 97

and 98 till it reaches D.No. 1-4-29/1. The line then turns towards the East and

runs along the Southern Boundary of Survey No. 162 till it reaches the North-East

Corner of Survey No. 150, and thereafter turns towards the South and runs along

the Eastern Boundaries of Survey Nos. 150, 151 and 152 till it meets the National

Highway (NH).

South

Starting from the above point, the boundary turns towards the west and runs along

the eastern boundaries of Survey Nos. 242 and 236, until it reaches Door No. 10-

1-205.Thereafter, it continues towards the west along the boundary line until it

reaches Door No. 10-1-191. The boundary then turns towards the north and runs

along the boundary line until it reaches Door No. 1-1-10-1-169. From there, the

boundary turns towards the west and runs along the line until it reaches Door No.

10-1-142. Thereafter, it turns towards the north and runs along the line until it

meets Door No. 10-1-42-1. From there, it turns towards the west and runs along

S.V. Nagar until it meets Door No. 10-1-1.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the North and runs along

Prakasam Road up to the National Highway (NH), and thereafter continues till it

meets Kakavedu–Mangadu Road.

North

Starting from the above point at Door No. 10-1-1, the boundary turns towards the

east and runs along the line until it meets Door No. 10-1-42-1

East

Starting from the above point, the boundary turns towards the south until it meets

Door No. 10-1-42. Thereafter, it runs along the western boundary of Survey No.

236 until it meets Door No. 10-1-191. From there, the boundary turns towards the

east until it meets Door No. 10-1-205, and then turns towards the south until it

meets Door No. 10-1-207

South

Starting from the above point, the boundary turns towards the west and runs along

Berry Street until it meets Prakasham Road.

West

Starting from the above point, the boundary turns towards the north until it meets

Door No. 10-1-1-10

North

Starting from the above point at D.No. 10-7-10 on Beri Street, the line runs along

Beri Street till it reaches D.No. 10-1-231.

East

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the South and runs along the

boundary line till it reaches D.No. 10-10-244/1. Thereafter, it turns towards the

East and runs along the boundary line till it reaches D.No. 10-10-253. The line

then turns towards the South and runs along the boundary line till it reaches D.No.

10-10-203.

South

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the West and runs along

Nagalapuram Road till it reaches the Tower Clock.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the North and runs along

Prakasam Road till it reaches D.No. 10-7-10.

North

Starting from the above point at the North-West Corner of Survey No. 245, the

line runs along the Eastern Boundary of Survey No. 242 till it reaches the South-

East Corner of Survey No. 214.

East

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the South and runs along the

NH Road till it reaches D.No. 10-10-269/12. Thereafter, it turns and runs along

the boundary line till it reaches D.No. 10-12-122/13. The line then turns towards

the South and continues along the boundary line till it reaches D.No. 10-10-

254/A.

South

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the West and runs along the

boundary line till it reaches D.No. 10-10-263.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the North and runs along the

Western Boundaries of Survey Nos. 251 and 245 till it reaches the North-West

Corner of Survey No. 245.

North

The boundary starts from Survey No. 160 and the line turns towards the East and

runs along the Kaluva till it reaches the North-East Corner of Survey No. 197.

East

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the South and runs along

Indiramma Layout Road till it meets Nagalapuram Road. It then turns towards the

West and runs along the road till it reaches D.No. 2-1-55. Thereafter, the line

turns towards the East till it reaches D.No. 2-1-44. The line then turns towards the

South and runs along the boundary line till it reaches D.No. 2-1-94, and thereafter

turns towards the East till it reaches D.No. 2-1-95/C. From there, it turns towards

the South and runs along the boundary line till it meets the Kusasthali River.

South

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the West and runs along the

Kusasthali River till it meets the Nagari–Tiruthani Road.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the North and runs along the

Nagari–Tiruthani Road till it reaches the Tower Clock. Thereafter, it turns

towards the East and runs along Nagalapuram Road till it reaches D.No. 10-10-

203. The line then turns towards the North and runs along the boundary line till it

reaches D.No. 10-10-264/9. From there, it turns towards the East and runs along

the boundary line till it meets the NH Road. Thereafter, the line turns towards the

North and runs along the NH Road till it reaches D.No. 10-8-450/10, and then

continues up to the Kaluva in Survey No. 160.

North

The boundary starts from the South-East Corner of Survey No. 190, and the

boundary line turns towards the East and runs along the Northern Boundary of

Survey No. 172 till it reaches the North-East Corner of Survey No. 172.

East

Starting from the above point, the North-East Corner of Survey No. 172, the

boundary runs along the municipal boundary till it reaches the North-East Corner

of Survey No. 258. From there, the boundary turns Southwards and runs along the

municipal boundary till it reaches the Kushasthali River.

South

Starting from the above point, the boundary line turns towards the West and runs

along the Kushasthali River till it meets the boundary of Ward No. 8.

West

Starting from the above point, the boundary line turns towards the North and runs

along the Western Boundaries of Survey Nos. 205 and 204 till it reaches D.No. 2-

1-96/A. Thereafter, it turns towards the West and runs along the boundary line till

it reaches D.No. 2-1-95/A, and then turns towards the North till it reaches D.No.

2-1-94. The line then turns towards the West and runs along the boundary line till

it reaches D.No. 2-1-65/A. From there, it turns towards the North and runs along

Nagalapuram Road, and thereafter turns at Indiramma Layout Road till it reaches

the South-East Corner of Survey No. 190.

North

The boundary starts from the North-East Corner of Survey No. 157, and the line

turns towards the East and runs along the line till it meets D.No. 4-4-96/A, and

then turns towards the North and runs along the line till it meets D.No. 4-4-133,

and then turns towards the East and runs along the line till it meets Arakkonam

Road. Then it turns towards the North and runs along Arakkonam Road till it

meets MPP School, Keelapattu, and turns towards the East and runs along the line

till it meets the National Highway. Then it turns towards the North and runs along

the National Highway till it meets the Western Boundary of Survey No. 24, and

then turns towards the East and runs along the Kushasthali River till it meets the

North-East Corner of Survey No. 38.

East&

Starting from the above point, the Kusasthali River, i.e., at the North-East Corner

south

of Survey No. 38 of Keelapattu Revenue Village, the boundary proceeds towards

the South and runs along the municipal boundary till it meets the South-West

Corner of Survey No. 92 of Keelapattu Revenue Village at the southern municipal

boundary.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the North and runs along the

Western Boundary of Survey Nos. 92 and 91 till it meets the Chittoor–Thatchur

Expressway, and then turns towards the West and runs along the Chittoor–

Thatchur Expressway till it meets the Chennai–Tirupati National Highway. Then

it turns towards the North and runs along the National Highway till it meets the

South-East Corner of Survey No. 163 and then it turns towards the North and runs

along the line till it meets the North East corner of Survey No. 162, and then turns

towards the West and runs along the line till it meets the South-East Corner of

Survey No. 157. Then it turns towards the North and runs along the Eastern

Boundary of Survey No. 157 till it meets the North-East Corner of Survey No.

157.

North

The boundary starts from the North-West Corner of Survey No. 155, and the line

turns towards the East and runs along the Kusasthali River up to the North-East

Corner of Survey No. 157. Then it turns towards the South along the bottom of

Keelapattu Gutta, and then turns towards the East and runs along the line till it

meets the North-East Corner of Survey No. 162.

East

Starting from the above point, the North-East Corner of Survey No. 162 and runs

along the Eastern Boundary of Survey No.. 162 till it meet the Chittoor–Thatchur

Expressway. Then it turns towards the East and runs along the Chittoor–Thatchur

Expressway till it reaches the end of Suguna Nagar, and then turns towards the

South and runs along the line till it meets the South-East Corner of Survey No.

186.

South

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the West and runs along the

Southern Municipal Boundary of Survey Nos. 186, 180, 120, 117, 116, 115, 114

and 113 till it meets the South-West Corner of Survey No. 113 of Netham

Kandriga Revenue Village.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the North and runs along the

Western Boundary of Survey Nos. 113, 131, 132, 133, 138, 151, 153 and 154 till

it meets the North-West Corner of Survey No. 155.

North

The boundary starts from the western boundary of survey number 265 and then

turn towards east and runs along the kusasthali river till it meets at Arakkonam

road and runs along the line till it meets at national highway.

East

Starting from the above point at the NH near Keelapattu Mother Teresa Nagar,

the line turns towards the South and runs along the line till it meets the South-East

Corner of Survey No. 18 of Keelapattu Revenue Village.

South

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the West and runs along the

line till it meets near MPP School, Keelapattu, at Arakkonam Road. Then it turns

towards the South and runs along Arakkonam Road till it meets D.No. 4-4-115.

Then it turns towards the West and runs along the line till it meets D.No. 4-4-133.

Then it turns towards the South and runs along the line till it meets D.No. 4-4-

96/A. Then it turns towards the West and runs along Keelapattu Gutta till it meets

Anjaneya Swamy Temple and then turn towards north and runs along the line till

it meets at railway track.

West

Starting from the above point the line turn towards north and runs along the

railway track till it meets at western boundary of survey number 265.

North

The boundary starts from the Mosiq and Pallipattu Road Junction, and the

boundary turns towards the East along Pallipattu Main Road till it reaches the

Tower Clock Junction.

East

Starting from the above point at the Pallipattu Road and Thiruthani Road Junction

(Tower Clock), the line turns towards the South and runs along Thiruthani Road

till the end of the Kusasthali River.

South

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the West and runs along the

Kusasthali River till it meets Ramanaidu Colony Main Road.

West

Starting from the above point, the boundary turns towards the North and runs

along Ramanaidu Colony up to Ram Nagar B 1st Street, and turns towards the

West and runs along the road till D.No. 10-9-322. Then it turns towards the North

and runs along the road till Indira Nagar Down Point, and then turns towards the

West and runs along the street till Burial Ground Street. Then it turns towards the

North and runs along the road till Indira Nagar Road, and then turns towards the

East and runs along Indira Nagar Road till D.No. 9-11-38. Then it turns towards

the North and runs along Mosque Street till Pallipattu Road.

North

The boundary starts from the Eastern Building of Kalaignar Street, D.No. 9-10-

22, and the line turns towards the East and runs along Pallipattu Main Road till

Mosiq Street starts.

East

Starting from the above point at the Pallipattu Road and Mosque Street Junction,

the line turns towards the South and runs along Mosque Street till it meets Indira

Nagar Road, and turns towards the West and runs along Indira Nagar Road till it

meets Burial Ground Street. Then it turns towards the South and runs along the

street till Ram Nagar A Opposite Street Road Line, and turns towards the East and

runs along the street till D.No. 10-9-240/1. Then it turns towards the South and

runs along the road till D.No. 10-9-322, and then turns towards the East and runs

along Ram Nagar B 1st Street till Ramanaidu Colony Road. Then it turns towards

the South and runs along the road till it meets the Kusasthali River.

South

Starting from the above point, the boundary line turns towards the West and runs

along the boundary line up to Ramnagar - C 3rd Street. From there, it turns

towards the North and runs along the boundary line till it meets the Mosque. It

then turns towards the West and runs along the boundary line till it meets the

backside of the factory.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the North and runs along the

Western Boundary of Ram Nagar A, B and C till it meets Bhavani Nagar Road.

Then it turns towards the East and runs along Bhavani Nagar Road till it meets

Kalainyar Nagar Road, Eastern Side, D.No. 9-10-22. Then it turns towards the

North and runs along the line till it meets Pallipattu Road.

North

The boundary starts from D.No. 9-2-36/1, Shanthi Theatre, and the boundary

turns towards the East and runs along Pallipattu Main Road till Kalaignar Street,

Eastern Building, D.No. 9-2-91.

East

Starting from the above point at Pallipattu Main Road, D.No. 9-2-92, the line

turns towards the South and runs along the line till Kalaignar Road, South-East

Building.

South

Starting from the above point, the boundary line turns towards the West and runs

along Bhavani Nagar Hospital Road till it meets Arasamanu Street. From there, it

turns towards the South and runs up to Bangaru Street. It then turns towards the

West and runs along the street till it meets Salvapattu Road and continues along

Salvapattu Road till it meets BTM Street, at the first building bearing Door No. 9-

1-1.

West

Starting from the above point, the boundary turns towards the North and runs

along the street till it meets Pallipattu Main Road.

North

Starting from the junction of NTR Nagar Road and Pallipattu Road, the boundary

line turns towards the East and runs along Pallipattu Main Road till it meets BTM

Street, at the starting street line near the building bearing Door No. 9-2-36. From

there, it turns towards the South and runs along BTM Street up to the first

building bearing Door No. 9-1-1. It then turns towards the East and runs along the

road and Bangaru Street Road till it meets Arasamanu Street Road.

East

Starting from the above point at Indira Nagar Road, D.No. 9-1-53/9, the line turns

towards the South till Ram Nagar A North Line Building, D.No. 10-9-299, Back

Side.

South

Starting from the above point, the boundary line turns towards the West and runs

along the Straight Factory. From there, it turns towards the South and runs along

the boundary line till it meets the Survey No. 217 boundary line. It then turns

towards the West and runs along the boundary line till it meets the factory. From

there, it turns towards the South and runs along the boundary line and then turns

towards the West, running along the southern side of Salvapatteda Road till it

meets the railway track.

West

Starting from the above point, the boundary line turns towards the North and runs

along the boundary line till it meets Salvapatteda Road. It then turns towards the

East and runs along the boundary line till it meets the Salvapatteda Road and

NTR Nagar Road junction. From there, it turns towards the North and runs along

NTR Nagar–Thoppayamma Road till it meets Pallipattu Main Road.

North

Starting from the southern side of Salvapatteda Road at the railway track, the

boundary line turns towards the East and runs along the boundary line till it meets

Bheema Nagar. From there, it turns towards the North and runs along the

boundary line till it meets the factory. It then turns towards the East and runs

along the boundary line till it meets the factory. From there, it turns towards the

South and runs along Ram nagar C Road. It then turns towards the East and runs

along the boundary line till it meets the Kushasthali River.

East

Starting from the above point at the Ram Nagar A Dying Unit, Survey Nos. 217

and 218 Meeting Line, the line turns towards the South and runs straight along the

Western Boundary of Ram Nagar B and C till the Kusasthali River ends.

South

Starting from the above point, the boundary turns towards the West and runs

along the Kusasthali River till it meets Railway Track Road, Survey No. 265.

West

Starting from the above point, the boundary turns towards the North and runs

along Railway Track Road till Salvapatteda Road. Then it turns towards the East

and runs along the back side of Salvapatteda Ramula Vari Gudi, and turns

towards the North and runs along NTR Nagar & Thoppamma Nagar Road till the

Northern Boundary of Salvapatteda.

North

The boundary starts from Pallipattu Main Road and Ellathamma Koil Junction,

and the line turns towards the East and runs along Pallipattu Main Road till it

meets NTR Nagar Road, by crossing the Railway Gate.

East

Starting from the above point, being the junction of Pallipattu Road and NTR

Nagar Road, the boundary proceeds southwards along NTR Nagar Road up to its

junction with Salva Pattida Road. From there, it turns westwards and proceeds up

to the Railway Track. It then turns southwards and runs along the Railway Track

up to the south-eastern corner of Survey No. 264.

South

Starting from the above point, the boundary turns westwards and runs along the

Kusasthali River up to the southern side of Survey No. 275.

West

Starting from the above point, the boundary turns northwards and runs along

Thoppayamman Koil Street up to its junction with Prakash Nagar First Street.

From there, it turns eastwards and runs along Burial Ground Street up to Door

No. 5/4/28/6. It then turns westwards and runs along the boundary line up to Door

No. 5/4/13, and thereafter turns northwards up to the junction of Pallipattu Main

Road and Yella Tamman Koil.

North

The boundary starts from Nehru Street and Pallipattu Road Junction, and the line

turns towards the East along Pallipattu Road till it meets Ellathamma Temple

Street.

East

Starting from the above point at the Junction of Pallipattu Main Road and

Ellathamma Koil Street, the line turns towards the South at D.No. 5-4-13 and then

turns towards the East. It runs along the line till it meets Burial Ground Street at

D.No. 5-4-28/6. Then it turns towards the South and runs along Burial Ground

Street till it meets Kamaraj Street.

South

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the West and runs along

Kamaraj Street till it meets Nehru Street.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the North along Nehru Street

till it meets Pallipattu Main Road.

North

The boundary starts from the Nehru Street and Kamaraj Street Junction, and the

line turns towards the East along Kamaraj Street till it meets Burial Ground

Street.

East

Starting from the above point at the Junction of Burial Ground Street and Kamaraj

Street, the line turns towards the South along Burial Ground Street till it meets

D.No. 5-7-33/5.

South

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the West along the line till it

meets Nehru Street.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards the North along Nehru Street

till it meets Kamaraj Street.

North

The boundary starts from Punniyamman Koil Street at Door No. 6-2-63/5 and

proceeds eastwards along Punniyamman Koil Street up to Door No. 6-3-2.

East

From the above point, the boundary proceeds southwards along Nehru Street up

to Door No. 6-3-91. From there, it proceeds eastwards along the boundary line up

to Thoppiyamman Koil Street, and then turns southwards and proceeds along the

boundary line up to the Kusasthali River.

South

From the above point, the boundary proceeds westwards along the Kusasthali

River up to the southern side of Survey No. 275.

West

From the above point, the boundary proceeds northwards along Survey Nos. 224

and 225 and reaches Door No. 6-2-63/5, thereby completing the boundary.

North

The boundary starts from the west corner of Sy.No.216 of Therani R. Village, and

the line turns towards east and runs along the Pallipattu Main Road till it meets at

Nehru Street Junction (Anganwadi School).

East

Starting from the above point, junction of Pallipattu Main Road and Nehru Street

Junction (Anganwadi School), and then turns towards south, runs along the Nehru

Street till it meets at D.No.6-2-1, and then turns towards west, runs along the

Ponniyamman Koil Street till it meets at D.No.6-2-63/5, and then turns towards

south till it meets at Kusasthali River.

South

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards west and runs along the

Kusasthali River till it meets at south-west corner of Sy.No.214.

West

Starting from the above point, the line turns towards north and runs along the

western boundary of Sy.Nos.213, 214 and till it meets the west corner of

Sy.No.216 of Therani Revenue Village.

North

The boundary starts from the western side of Survey No.140 of Satrawada

Revenue, Mitta Street up to Anna Street, and turns towards the north side till it

reaches Pallipattu Main Road, then proceeds towards the west side along the

northern side of Pallipattu Main Road up to Smasanam Road.

East
