ORDER OF APPOINTMENT OF RETURNING OFFICER

The 24th November, 2023

No. APMC-13/2004.— Under Rule 39 of Part - X of the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Rules, 2006,

the Government of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint Dr. (Mrs.) Amping Perme (Ete), Joint Director of

Family Welfare, Directorate of Family Welfare, Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh as the Returning Officer to

conduct Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Election 2023-24 to elect 6 (six) members amongst registered

medical graduates enrolled on State Register (Allopath) of Arunachal Pradesh under provision of clause (a) of

Section 2 of the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council (Amendment) Act, 2017 to constitute the 4th regular

Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council with effect from 1st March, 2024.

The Returning Officer shall conduct the election in accordance with Election Procedures under Rule 41

of Part -X of the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Rules, 2006.

One time fixed honorarium @ ` 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) only shall be paid to the Returning Officer

by the Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council on completion of the said election process.
