Service Commission vide their letter No. PSC-R(A)/12/2024 (Vol-III) dated 18th August, 2025 and Result Notification
No. PSC-R(A)/12/2024 (Vol-III) dated 8th August, 2025 and in continuation to the Government Memorandum even
No. of dated 8th September, 2025 and after successful re-assessment by the Health Department vide No. Dean/
TRIHMS/PwBD/2025 dated 5th January, 2025, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, in terms of Rule 7 and 9 of the
Arunachal Pradesh Civil Services Rules, 2018 amended from time to time is pleased to appoint Shri Rahul Gao,
son of Shri Taram Gao, Roll No. 122646 to the post of Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service (Entry Grade) under
PwBD category (Low vision) with immediate effect in the Pay Matrix Level-10 (` 56,100-1,77,500) (Group-A) plus
other allowances as admissible from time to time from the date of his/her joining.
2.
The appointee shall be on probation for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of his/her joining and probation
shall be regularized subject to satisfactory performance.
3.
The appointment may be terminated at any time by a month's notice given by either side viz., the appointee
or appointing authority, without assigning any reason. The appointing authority however reserves the right to
terminate the service of the appointee forthwith or before the notice by making payment to him/her of a sum
equivalent to the pay and allowances for the period of notice or the expired portion thereof.
4.
The appointment carries with it the liability to serve in any part of Arunachal Pradesh as well as in the
establishment of Government of Arunachal Pradesh located outside Arunachal Pradesh at the discretion of
the Government.
5.
The appointee shall complete 2 years mandatory probation in their initial posting place. No representation
from appointee in this context will be entertained.
6.
If any declaration given or information furnished by the candidate proves to be false or if the candidates are
found to have willfully suppressed any material information, he/she shall be liable for removal from service and
such other action as Government deems necessary.
7.
The appointment will be further subject to:
(i)
Production of Release order/NOC from the previous employer (applicable in the case of persons who are
already in Government service).
(ii)
Any training as and when assigned to him/her by the Government must be attended without fail.
(iii) Any extraneous pressure either for desired transfer/posting or cancellation of the transfer order will be
construed to be misconduct on the part of the officer.
(iv) Satisfactory Character and Antecedent report/Police Verification from concerned Deputy
Commissioners/Superintendent of Police.
(v) The other terms and conditions of service which are not specified herein shall be governed by the relevant
rules and orders in force from time to time.
