2. The officers are directed to report to their respective Deputy Commissioner/Additional Deputy Commissioner
immediately. The pay and allowances of the officers shall be drawn by the concerned DC/ADC with effect
from the month of February, 2026. Further, the officers concerned may submit their claims for TA/DA
relating to their Foundation Training Course, to the respective DC/ADC. The joining reports of the officers
shall be communicated to be Department of Personnel without fail.
3. In terms of Schedule - II of the APCS Rules, 2018, as amended from time to time, completion of a
minimum tenure of at least two years in any of the hard belts in the State is mandatory for eligibility for
promotion to APCS (Senior Grade). No relaxation in this regard shall be entertained.
4. No representation or request of any nature seeking change of place of posting prior to completion of a
minimum tenure of 2 years at the present place of posting shall be entertained under any circumstances.
Any attempt to canvass, directly or indirectly for choice or change of posting shall be viewed seriously
and adversely, in accordance with OM No. PERS-46/2029 dated 14th January, 2020. Such acts shall
constitute misconduct and strict disciplinary action shall be initiated against the concerned officer under
the provisions of the CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964, without further notice.
