CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION

The 18th December, 2025,

(Issued under Section 11 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013)

No. LMD-13011(14)/2/2024/71.—WHEREAS,the Preliminary Notification was issued under Section 11 (1)

of LARR Act, 2013 for acquisition of land measuring 869.3503 Ha for construction of Kalai - II HEP (1200 MW)

in Anjaw District vide Notification No. LMD-13011(14)2024/1384 dated 10th September, 2025.

WHEREAS, the Deputy Commissioner, Anjaw District, Anjaw vide letter No. ANJ/LM-35/2024-25

dated 19th November, 2025 has highlighted a clerical error in the Preliminary Notification issued vide Notification

No. LMD-13100(14)/2024/1384 dated 10th September, 2025.

As per the earlier Notification No. LMD-13011(14)2024/1324/ dated 10th September, 2025 the area to be

acquired was mentioned as 869.3503 Hectares. However, the corrected Private/Community land to be acquired

for construction of Kalai- II HEP (1200MW) in Anjaw District is 631.274 Hectares which is described below in

the schedule :-
