NOTIFICATION

(Issued under sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 7 of Arunachal Pradesh Urban and Country
Planning Act, 2007 (Act No. 3 of 2008))
No. TP-19012/3/2024-DIR-TOWN PLNG/(E-211941)/3982-90.— WHEREAS, the Governor of Arunachal
Pradesh, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 7 of the Arunachal Pradesh
Urban and Country Planning Act, 2007 (Act No. 3 of 2008) had earlier issued a Preliminary Notification inviting
public claims and objections to the proposed “Boleng Planning Area” as delineated in the Schedule-I
(List of Localities/Settlements) and Schedule-II (Boundary Description) vide this Department’s Notifiaction
No. TP-19012/3/2024-DIR-TP/(E-211941)/1170-83, dated 16th July, 2025.
AND WHEREAS, upon expiry of the claims and objections period of thirty (30) days as stipulated in the
Preliminary Notification, the Boleng Planning Authority conducted a public hearing on 10th October, 2025
under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman, Boleng Planning Authority, to consider
and dispose of all claims and objections recieved, as per letter No. DC-SNG-31017(14)/1/2025/TP/DC-SNG/
9665-9670, dated 10th October, 2025 and the same had been recommended to the State Urban and Country
Planning Board for final notification and publication of the Boleng Planning Area.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 7 of the
said Act, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to declare the areas described in Schedule-I and
Schedule-II below to constitute the “Boleng Planning Area” which shall be under the administrative jurisdiction
of the Boleng Planning Authority.
