Notification No. 16/2024 - State Tax

The 9th April, 2025

No. T-E-18012/7/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3)of Section1of the Arunachal

Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2025 (5 of 2025), the State Government here by appoints,—

(a)

the 1st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of Sections 35 of the said Act shall

come into force ;

(b)

the 1st day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of Sections 2 and 9 of the said

Act shall come into force.
