Notification No. 17/2024 - State Tax

The 9th April, 2025

No. T-E-18012/7/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the

Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2025 (5 of 2025), the State Government hereby appoints. —

(a)

the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, as the date on which the provisions

of Sections 7, 32, 39 and 41 of the said Act shall come into force; and

(b)

the 1st day of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of Sections 3 to 6, 8, 10 to

31,33 to 34, 36 to 38 and 40 of the said Act shall come into force.
