PUBLIC NOTICE

The 3rd February, 2026

Subject : Extension of timeline for filing public claims and objections regarding

Notification No. (E-165301) TP-11023/1/2024/DirTP/3906-18.

No. TP-19012/4/2023/DIR-TP(E-161293)/4343-53 —In continuation of the earlier notification issued

vide No. TP-11023/1/2024/DirTP/(E-165301)3906-18 dated 26th December, 2025, declaring the area and

intent to prepare a Town Planning Scheme (Development Scheme) at Hollongi to be implemented by

Arunachal Pradesh Airport Area Planning and Development Authority, the last date for filing public claims

and objections is hereby extended for a further period of one (1) month. The revised timeline for receipt of

such submissions shall be on or before 2nd March, 2026.

All other terms, conditions and procedures for filing as specified in the original notification shall remain

unchanged.
