NOTICE INVITING CLAIMS AND OBJECTIONS

The 9th March, 2026

No. KK/DEV-402/2025/751.—In inviting reference to the proposed declaration of an area measuring

28.7225 hectares (2.87 sq. km) as a Community Reserve at Nibi Village under Nyobia Circle in Kurung

Kumey District, Arunachal Pradesh, it is hereby informed that the villagers of Nibi Village have expressed their

consent for the same and have executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) before the Sub-Divisional

Officer, Sangram.

In this regard, a 30 (thirty) day cooling period is hereby provided to enable any person(s) having claims or

objections, if any, with respect to the proposed declaration to submit the same in writing before the undersigned

on or before 9th April, 2026, so that such claims and objections, if received, may be duly examined, heard and

disposed of as per the provisions of law.

In the event that no claims or objections are received within the stipulated period, the proposal for

declaration of the said area as a Community Reserve shall be processed further accordingly.

This notice is issued for wide publicity and necessary dissemination among all concerned.
