NOTIFICATION

The 20th March, 2026

No. DPL-11011/13/2022/659.— WHEARES, Smti Yanga Ete, under the Department of Public Libraries,

executed an Affidavit on 27th day of the September, 2018, before the Executive Magistrate, Itanagar Capital

Region Complex, to retain her parental surname ‘Rigia’ alongside her husband’s surname ‘Ete’.

WHEREAS, Smti Yanga Rigia Ete is presently serving as Director of Public Libraries, Government of

Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar.

WHEREAS, Smti Yanga Ete has followed and fulfilled all the procedures prescribed for change of

surname by a Government employee, laid down in OM-19016/1/187-ESTT(A) dated 12th March, 1987 of the

department of personnel and Training, Clause-III.

NOW, THEREFORE, her name shall henceforth be known as Smti Yanga Rigia Ete for all Official

purposes from the date of publication of this notification.
