PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION
The 27th January, 2026
(Issued under the provision of Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency
in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013)
No. LMD-13011(14)/1/2026/278.— WHEREAS, the power and function of the appropriate authority under
the Right of Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013
vest in the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh which shall be exercised and discharged by him within the State.
WHEREAS, the Manager, Arunachal Pradesh Comprehensive Scheme, Power Grid Daporijo has sent a
requisition vide No. NER/APCOMP/Daporijo/501/929 dated 22nd September, 2025 for acquisition of land to
an extent of 3064.00 square metres approach road to connect 33/11 KV Sippi Sub-Station.
WHEREAS, it appears to the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh that the Land is likely to be needed at the
locality more fully described in the schedule below for construction approach road to connect 33/11 KV Sippi
Sub-Station Net length 383.00m X 8.00m Breadth = 3064.00 sqm under Daporijo Circle in Upper Subansiri
District. It is hereby notified that land in the Locality in the schedule below is likely to be acquired for the
above said purpse at the expense of requiring body.
WHEREAS, as intimated by the Deputy Commissioner, Upper Subansiri District, Daporijo that there is
no requirement of ‘SIA’ for this land acquisition case in view of non-displacement of any affected land owners.
NOW THEREFORE, this notification is made under the provision of Section 11 (1) of the Right to Fair
Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and to all
whomsoever it may concerned.
The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh hereby authorizes the officers and officials for the time being engaged
for the said purpose with their servant and workman to enter upon and survey any land and to do all other acts
in pursuance of the provisions of Section -12 of the Act.
Under Section-11 (4) of the Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land
i.e, sale/purchase/gift, specified in the preliminary notification or create any encumbrances on such land from
the date of publication of this notification without prior approval of the collector.
Any person interested in the said land and whosoever has any objection to the acquisition of the said
land, may within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this notification as provided under Section-15
of the Act, file such objection in writing before the Deputy Commissioner, Upper Subansiri District, Daporijo,
Arunachal Pradesh.
The plan of the land may be inspected at the Land Management Branch, DC’s Office, Daporijo.
