CORRIGENDUM

Notification issued under Section 11 (1) Read with Section 40 (1) of the Right to Fair
Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013
(Invoking Urgency) Clause
No. LMD-13011/56/2024/149.—WHEREAS, the preliminary notification has been issued vide
LMD-13011/56/2024/2301 dated 12th March, 2025 for an area measuring 2.423 Hectare (24230 Square Meter)
in total for construction of different bridges located at 24 (twenty four) locations under Mipi Cirlce,
Etalin Circle, Dambuen Circle, Taluk/sub Division/Tehsil, Dibang Valley District for public purpose, namely
C/o Bridges Construction in Dibang Valley District, by the 1446 BCC, BRTF, GREF.
WHEREAS, the Deputy Commissioner, Anini, Dibang Valley District has submitted a proposal for issue
of corrigendum notification vide his letter No. DV/LM-55(IV)/2022/8666-71, dated Anini the 5th December, 2025
in regards to 3 (three) locations which has been notified earlier i.e. 1. Bupani Bridge, 2. Imu Pani Bridge and
3. Angro Pani Bridge due to changes of acquisition area as details shown in schedule given below ;
In view of above, it is hereby notified that, the land area shown against each location which has been
given below in the schedule shall be treated as true area and same will be used for the construction of bridges
purpose at said location.
The details of plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Deputy Commissioner/Collector and
DLRSO Office, Anini on any working day during the working hours.
