CORRIGENDUM

The 18th March, 2026

No. LMD-13011/17/2025/1946.— Ref the declaration under Section 19 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013 an

area measuring 6.570 Hectares or 67,500 Sqms was notified vide No. LMD-13011/17/2025/1607 dated, Itanagar

the 19th February, 2026 for acquisition of land for C/o Erection of Fence and Construction of Track Road

along Fence along indo-Myanmar Border (IMB) between BP-172 to BP-173 for entire length of 7.30 Km.

AND WHEREAS, the Divisional Forest Officer, Nampong Forest Division Jairampur vide letter No.NFD/

22/CONS/2025/4437-38 dated, Jairampur the 25th February, 2026 had reported that, out of total length of

7.30 Kms; 3.30 Kms (from 4.00 Km to 7.30 Km or 29700 Sqms or 2.97 Hectares) falls within the Pangsau

Reserve Forest and the remaining 4.00 Kms (from 0.00 Km to 4.00 Km or 36000 Sqms or 3.6 Hectares) falls

under the Unclassified State Forest (USF) land.

NOW THEREFORE, the area for the acquisition of land for C/o- Erection of Fence and Construction of

Track Road along Fence along Indo-Myanmar Border (IMB) between BP-172 to BP-173 be rectified and

restricted to the Unclassified State Forest (USF) land i.e for 4.00 Km (from 0.00 Km to 4.00 Km) or 36000

Sqm or 3.6 Hectares instead of 6.570 Hectares or 67,500 Sqms and the rest remained unchanged.
