NOTIFICATION

The 8th April, 2026

No. HOME-12049/1/2021/278.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (3)

Section 3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (Act No. 65 of 1980), the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is

pleased to extend the period of 3 (three) months notified vide notification of even number dated 17th June, 2025

for exercise of powers by the District Magistrates/Deputy Commissioners under the provisions of

sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (Act No. 65 of 1980) for further period of

3 (three) months with effect from 1st May, 2026 to 31st July, 2026.
