No. LAE/24/2026/613.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 91

of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020) read with Rule 70 of Code on Social Security

(Arunachal Pradesh) Rules, 2021 and in supersession of Government’s earlier Notification No. LAB(W) 162/2010

dated 25th July, 2022, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession,

the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the officers specified in column (2) of the table

below to be the Competent Authority for the purposes of Chapter VII (Employee’s Compensation) of the

said Code, within their respective jurisdiction as specified against each in column (3) of the table below:
